DELIVERY INFORMATION

Here, at House of Myrtle, we always do our best to handle your orders quickly, dispatching them within 24 hours of ordering. In case of any unforeseen delay, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.

Useful Information

We do our best to dipastch orders placed before 11 a.m. GMT on the same day. Any orders placed after 11a.m. GMT are processed and dispatched the next working day.

We deliver our orders from Monday to Friday, excluding national and public holidays.

The delivery date is calculated from the date of dispatch. All estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay.

The product prices listed in the site include VAT charges. Shipments may be subject to additional taxes, duties or customs clearance charges. Please, be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any additional taxes, duties or customs clearance charges.

Delivery Insurance

Every order is covered by House of Myrtle until it is delivered to you. Once the order is delivered to the address indicated, the responsibility becomes that of the recipient. If the recipient is other than yourself (gifts), the signature of the recipient is considered as proof of delivery. Be certain that the packaging is not damaged before signing the carrier’s delivery.

How to Track Your Order

You can track your order using your tracking number and the link on your dispatch confirmation email. If you’re having trouble tracking your order, please email us at customerservice@houseofmyrtle.com or call us on +30 2106852503 and we’ll be happy to help.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Period

You have the right to cancel your order, and therefore the contract formed with us when you purchased products on the site. You can cancel your order for any reason and at any time within the cancellation period.

The cancellation period starts when we send you the dispatch confirmation email and ends 14 days after the product(s) is/are delivered to you.

Weekends, national holidays and public holidays are counted when you calculate the 14 days.

How to Cancel you Order

To cancel an order you need to inform us by sending us an email to customerservice@houseofmyrtle.com   clearly stating that you wish to cancel your order, including your name and Order Number. The email should be sent to us before the end of the 14 day cancellation period.

Send the products back to us to the address below no later than 14 days after you notified us of the cancellation. Weekends, national holidays and public holidays are counted when you calculate the 14 days.

Please note that if you cancel your order, you will have to pay the cost of returning the relevant products to us.

We are not obliged to give you a refund until we receive the products back from you or we receive evidence from you that you have sent them back to us. We strongly recommend you send the products using a secure or trackable method and that you retain your proof of postage.

Following your Cancellation

Provided that you have cancelled your order as above and we have received the products back from you (or you have provided us with evidence that you have sent the products back to us) within 14 days of cancelling the order, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the products including delivery charges up to the value of the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

The reimbursement will be paid, using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed in writing) within 14 days after receiving the returned products.

In the case of Cash on Delivery you will be asked to provide us with a bank account where you wish to see your funds returned.

Please note that this cancellation right does not apply to any products which we have specified as non-returnable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Faulty Items

Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that are faulty due to misuse or external factors not relating to the manufacturing of the product. 

Faulty items can be returned within 14 calendar days after the day on which the product(s) is/are delivered to you. If you receive a faulty item please e-mail us at customerservice@houseofmyrtle.com or call us on +30 2106852503 stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.

Return or Exchange Period

Subject to the detailed information provided below, you can return or exchange any items of your order within the returns or exchange period, which ends 14 days after the product(s) is/are delivered to you.

Weekends, national holidays and public holidays are counted when you calculate the 14 days.

Please make sure that all unwanted items are returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

How to Return your Order

To return your order you need to complete the “return or exchange” section on your dispatch note, noting each item, quantity, and why you are sending the item(s) back. Place this form in your parcel, along with your items.

If you received your item as a gift, check “I am returning a gift” and provide YOUR e-mail and shipping information on the “return or exchange” section on your dispatch note. The amount paid for the item will be sent as a gift card to the e-mail or delivery address provided in the return or exchange form.

If you have a returns label, please attach it to your parcel.

Please note that when returning an order or gift, you will have to pay the cost of returning the relevant products to us. The return products are at your responsibility until they are delivered back to us.

We highly recommend that you send your parcel using a secure or traceable method that you keep your proof of postage.

Following your Return

As soon as we receive your parcel, we will examine the item(s) and will notify you of your refund. Most returns will be processed in approximately 14 days, after which your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

In the case of Cash on Delivery you will be asked to provide us with a bank account where you wish to see your funds returned.

Our delivery charges are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for delivery fees or lost returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only for items of the same style in a different size and only for EU orders.

To exchange an item you need to complete the “return or exchange” section on your dispatch note, noting each item, quantity, and the size that you would like to receive. Place this form in your parcel, along with your item. As soon as we receive your parcel, we will process your exchange request and send you the new item with no extra shipping costs.
